Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable products. Our specialist truck recaptures foul water in a closed system, keeping it away from roads, pavements, and drains. We'll always send you a text message at the latest the day before any cleans, so you'll know that we're coming in plenty of time. So you can keep to your regular routine and then simply collect in your emptied & cleaned bin, as soon as you receive our 'job complete' text message from the moment it's been cleaned.

In an effort to keep prices affordable for all, all plans are designed to be specific to the bins detailed within them — for that reason we can't allow ad-hoc bin swaps. In the case of Add-ons specifically, we do however allow customers who don't have a particular bin type (e.g. Garden or Food Caddy) to swap those out from Add-Ons which involve multiple types of bin. For instance, Smart Plan customers on our Restore Pack Add-on (which normally includes 1× Garden Bin, 1× Food Caddy, and 1× Blue Bin clean per year) can choose to have their Food Caddy cleaned twice instead if they don't have a Garden Waste bin.

After thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorising your wheeled bin, we will always return it to the place we originally found it. In rare cases that we find your bin in an unexpected location, we'll always attempt to return it to the spot we'd ordinarily have found it. Your bin is always handled with care and returned neatly.

Every household is different, but our plans are designed to cater to the vast majority of people from our experience. Bins on customer plans are scheduled for cleaning from as many as 10 times per year to as little as just once per year in a 'reset' clean. Many customers in Southend find that their pink/recycling bin benefits from more regular cleaning, so our SMART PLAN was designed to give customers more of what they really need.
